A rocky mountain beginning
Five years ago, nestled in the stunning Rocky Mountains of Utah, we started our homestead with a unique Airbnb offering: a full farm experience. Guests consistently raved about their time with us, often calling it their best Airbnb stay ever. That joy of sharing our farm life and our gentle Highland Cows sparked the inspiration for what Highland Homestead is today.
Bringing the Coos to Tennessee
Our love for these magnificent creatures led us on an incredible journey to Chapel Hill, Tennessee. Relocating five Scottish Highland Cows was no small feat, but their comfort and well-being were paramount. Now settled in our new home, we're thrilled to continue our mission: sharing the unique charm of our Highland Cows with special guests, crafting memorable, hands-on experiences for everyone.
